Testifying before the Senate

On October 24, 2023, I testified before the U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary, Subcommittee on Competition Policy, Antitrust, and Consumer Rights on its Hearing, “Examining Competition and Consumer Rights in Housing Markets.”

Quite interesting. Did not know that the federal government owned the majority of land in Utah and the degree of concentration in the home-building markets.
