Testifying before the Senate

On October 24, 2023, I testified before the U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary, Subcommittee on Competition Policy, Antitrust, and Consumer Rights on its Hearing, “Examining Competition and Consumer Rights in Housing Markets.”

My written statement about algorithmic collusion in the housing industry and beyond is available here.

CSPAN covered the hearing. Video
