The American Bar Association Antitrust Law Section’s Report of the Task Force on The Future of Competition Law Standards interviewed a group of thought leaders in the global antitrust community. The ABA task force interviewed Professor Maurice Stucke and extensively cited his work on ways to reform competition law.
